FULL-TIME: CHELSEA 2-1 BOURNEMOUTH
The striker is shown a yellow card for his goal celebrations and kicking the ball away as Bournemouth tried to get the ball back quickly.
Goal! Chelsea 2-1 Bournemouth (Morata)
Stamford Bridge: Dan Gosling has equalised for Bournemouth against Chelsea in the 90th minute ... only for Alvaro Morata to nick what looks likely to be a very late winner for the hosts.
Still Chelsea 1-0 Bournemouth at 86 mins .... Not long left on the clock here, can Bournemouth find that equalising goal after all of their hard work in this second half? Chelsea have certainly been off the pace in the second period.
In the other game
At 68 min: There’s a pause in play as Josh Brownhill receives treatment down by one of the corner flags. Manchester United substitution: Zlatan Ibrahimovic off, Henrikh Mkhitaryan on.Bristol City substitution: HOrder Magnusson off, Matt Taylor on.
Bournemouth have a free-kick in a good position, they have thrown the big men from the back forward. The set piece comes into the box and is met by Francis, his header falls to Wilson in the box but it strikes his hand and the referee awards Chelsea a free-kick.
Adam Smith is shown a yellow card for a rash tackle on Fabregas.
In tonights other game in the Carabao Cup quarter-final between Bristol City and Manchester United is currently 1-1 at Ashton Gate. Manchester City and Arsenal booked their place in the last four last night with victories over Leicester City and West Ham United respectively.
CLOSE! Ibe with a low effort from just outside the penalty area, it skims just a couple of inches past the Chelsea goal with Willy Caballero scrambling across his goal to try and make the save. There have been plenty of opportunities in this second half for the Cherries but so far they have been unable to capitalise.
PENALTY SHOUT! Kenedy is furious that he hasn't been awarded a penalty after a coming together with Smith just inside the penalty area. The winger flicked the ball past the full-back, then ran into Smith who had his arms up and it would've been a soft foul.
ANOTHER CHANCE! The opportunities are now starting to mount up for Bournemouth, they need to start taking them and get the equalising goal before Chelsea punish them with a second. Gosling with a clear sight on goal from the edge of the penalty area, but he completely slices his shot wide of the goal. Terrible effort.64:
Double Chelsea change on the hour: Hazard and Bakayoko are on for Willian and Pedro. #CHEBOU— Chelsea FC (@ChelseaFC) December 20, 2017
The second change sees Pedro leave the pitch and he has been replaced by Tiemoué Bakayoko.
Fraser is looking like one of Bournemouth's most dangerous players, he is causing Zappacosta a lot of problems defensively by running at him and making him face his own goal, along with limiting the Chelsea's man attacking threat at the other end. Zappacosta has suffered from a couple of injures since joining Chelsea and Conte has admitted that he is perhaps not at full fitness, which may play into Fraser's hands as the games goes on.
Good start to the second half by Bournemouth, they have increased the pace of their forward play, with Fraser and Ibe running at the Chelsea full-backs and looking for teammates to make runs in between the lines. They are attacking well so far.
The second half is underway!HALF-TIME: CHELSEA 1-0 BOURNEMOUTH
45+2 mins: That's the half-time whistle!
45 mins: There will be a minimum of two minutes of added time played at the end of the first half.
42 mins: CHANCE CHELSEA! Kenedy carved the opportunity himself, he nicks the ball off Smith and charges deep into the Bournemouth half, he should've passed to Batshuayi who was in a better position but instead he goes for goal himself and gets it terribly wrong! His sliced effort drifts well wide of the Cherries goal.
41 mins: Not long left on the clock until half-time now, can Chelsea double their lead before the break? Or, will Bournemouth be able to change the course of the game and pull one back.
37 mins: CHANCE CHELSEA! Batshuayi gets on the end of a low cross from Zappacosta, he takes a touch and tries to turn rather than take a first-time shot at goal but he runs into traffic deep in the penalty area, with Simon Francis and Adam Smith getting back, the striker goes down under the pressure and appeals for a penalty, but the referee is having none of it. There was a slight touch by Smith on the face of Batshuayi but not enough to go down.
39 mins: Fabregas is the second Chelsea man to be shown a yellow card here, his tackle on Ryan Fraser was very late and he got nowhere near the ball.
22 mins: This is only Bournemouth's second appearance in the quarter-final of this competition - they lost their previous match 1-3 against Liverpool in 2014-15.
20 mins: Chelsea remain on top here and it will be a tough ask for Bournemouth to get back into this game having conceded so early on. Since the substitution, it looks like Mousset has gone to play through the middle in place of Defoe, with Jordan Ibe playing on the wing.
15 mins: Two players down injured for Bournemouth now, Defoe is struggling with the injury he picked up early in the game and it looks like his game is over. Meanwhile Harry Arter took a knock on his head from his own teammate.
17 mins: Jermain Defoe heads off the pitch and he has been replaced by Jordon Ibe. An early blow for the Cherries, both in this game and their upcoming Premier League matches.
13 mins: GOOOAAALLL CHELSEA LEAD! The Blues have the lead after a wonderfully crafted goal here, Willian with the finish but it was an all round superb attack from the hosts. Michy Batshuayi turned and played a quick ball into Kenedy, he then backheeled it to Cesc Fabregas, who had spotted a gap in the Cherries defence and ran through on goal, he was at a tight angle to shot himself so squared the ball back to Willian who had a simple tap-in.
Goal! Chelsea 1-0 Bournemouth (Willian) Lovely goal from Chelsea, gorgeous move!
Fabregas is sent clear after Kenedy’s back hell and the Spaniard is in on goal.
Instead of shooting, he squares it unselfishly to Willian to convert into the empty net.
13 mins: Great vision from Fàbregas to spot the run of Willian in the box, rather than go for goal himself and the ball to his teammate was perfectly timed and placed for the Brazilian to fire it into the back of the net.
12 mins: Not too much happening in the game at the moment, it is mostly Chelsea on the ball but there isn't much pace to the game and it is very easy for Bournemouth to keep switching from side-to-side and close the gaps from any dangerous through balls.
The Blues are looking to continue their run in the competition as they hope to reach to their first League Cup final since they lifted the trophy in 2015 when they beat Spurs in the final.
