According to Metro UK, police found the body of 22-year-old Caspar Blackburn during a week-long search following his disappearance on Sunday October 1.

Caspar went missing during a night out at the Slug and Lettuce Waterside, and was last seen on CCTV sitting with friends at around 2am.
A police investigation was launched when Caspar didn’t pick up his car from outside a friend’s home later that day and failed to arrive for work as an assistant manager of Carpetright, in Macclesfield.

His grieving family say they have been touched by the ‘outpouring of emotion’ as a crowdfunding campaign for the popular young man’s funeral raised thousands in a matter of hours.
A statement on a Just Giving page reads: ‘He was such a young, kind hard working soul and car enthusiast who would help anyone.
‘The public outpouring of emotion has touched the family deeply and we’ve been approached with offers of donations.
‘Therefore we have set this page up for anyone who wishes to donate.’
