South Korea nuclear test with drills to wipe out Kim

South Korea sent a message to the North with a series of live-fire drills Monday that it said were a "show of willingness" to wipe out Kim Jong Un's regime.

The drills came one day after North Korea set off tremors on the Korean Peninsula by testing a massive hydrogen bomb, prompting international condemnation and calls for tougher sanctions.

South Korea and Japan said Monday they'd push for even tougher sanctions against Pyongyang, and were expected to make a strong case at a meeting of the United Nations Security Council in New York Monday at 10 a.m. ET.
