Breaking News: 3 Dead in Abuja Flood

A devastating flood has caused serious harm in an Abuja community as lives as well as properties worth millions are destroyed.

‎An early morning flood in Lokogoma axis in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, on Thursday, left three people dead and property worth millions of naira, destroyed.

At the moment, officers of the FCT Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), are at the scene of the flood, trying to recover the corpses, while other residents declared missing, are yet to be seen.

Minister of FCT, Muhammad Bello, has directed that rescue efforts be raised to ensure that residents in the affected areas are evacuated immediately.
