Youths protest age limit in Nigerian politics (Photos + Video)

A group of Nigerian youths on Tuesday marched on the National Assembly to protest against age barriers in contesting for political posts.
Nigeria’s 1999 Constitution stipulates that the president has to be at least 40, while senators and state governors have to be aged 35 or above.

The youths are demanding the passage of the bill that will include the participation of the younger generation in Nigerian politics.
