A man who was cheating on his wife before she found out has planned with her to disgrace and humiliate the other woman he was cheating with by sending the mistress' n*ked photos to her boss.
According to Dailymail, Juan Majendie, 30, from Finchley, North London, had been struggling to decide between the woman and his partner, Ilona Wroblewska, 22.
He had originally told the victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, that he loved her and was going to end his relationship.
However, during a holiday in Africa with his partner, he secretly messaged his mistress and the pair slept together when he returned. The cheating man later told the mistress he didn't want to see her again.
The victim received a letter from Ms Wroblewska on May 25 this year telling her she had got her hands on n*ked images of the woman.
'On June 7, the victim woke up at 9am to find two fake Facebook accounts with seven pictures of her, one of which was naked,' said prosecutor Tracy Mesmain at an earlier hearing.
'The victim was in states of undress and sexually posing. These pictures were sent to her friends and her employment.
'This was of great embarrassment to her and added difficulty at work with her boss.'
Wroblewska admitted disclosing private photographs back in June, five months before her husband, who confessed last week at Snaresbrook Crown Court.
'This stems from a matter of the heart,' Ms Mesmain said previously.
'Mr Majendie was seeing two women at once, he couldn't make his mind up.'
Judge Caroline English adjourned Majendie's sentence and bailed him ahead of reports.
Majendie, of Lodge Lane, Finchley, north London, admitted disclosing private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress and was bailed ahead of sentence at Snaresbrook Crown Court on December 9.
Wroblewska, also of Lodge Lane, Finchley, north London, admitted disclosing private photographs at a previous hearing and was given a six week prison sentence suspended for 12 months.
She was also handed an indefinite restraining order barring contact with the woman and ordered to pay £250 compensation along with a £115 surcharge. PLACE YOUR TEXT ADVERT BELOW:>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
